This ongoing project is co-ordinated by the Federation of Family History Societies (FFHS) and aims, with the help of the county societies, to transcribe all the burial registers for the period 1813-1837.

NATIONAL BURIAL INDEX 3 LAUNCHED AT WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE 2010!

The third edition of the National Burial is now available and now contains over 18 million entries from England and Wales, the majority of which have been supplied by the county family history societies – including Northamptonshire FHS who have submitted over 319,000 entries from around 314 parishes covering the above dates and beyond.
